"Best Thanksgiving Ever"
The reheat pre-roasted turkey was the moistest ever. The price $229 for a very large dinner with 8 fantastic sides is almost a gift. Highly recommended!

"Best service around!"
I have ordered a lot of food from them but their beef bolognese lasanga is the best ever! For $10, it is pretty worth it. It's cheesy, with different types of cheese on layered with lasanga sheet. The bolognese sauce though, that's one amazing sauce. The meat is really good and I love how thick and saucy it is. I also love their lobster ravioli which is super cheap for $11. The vodka sauce is the best in this dish with delicious chunks of meat!

"Great site to order groceries from home"
Great site to order groceries from home. Easy to use, though prices are slightly higher and you won't find much bargain brands in their inventory. This site is made for convenience not so much saving money IMHO. I like it though, and use over and over. Food is good quality but I've had some issues with produce not being consistently good quality every time, but they are accommodating if you contact their customer service. They also have an app which is pretty good.

How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at freshdirect?

“It should be pretty easy to reach them by phone Tues-Friday/ Other times require a lengthier wait. Emails aren't answered right away. I asked two different reps as to why and they said it was a busy time.”
